XGS manufactures Polyurethane binder, a material used as a binder for rubber rebonding. It is used to create and bond two layers of rubber together, providing a softer, more resilient surface for playgrounds; compared to traditional materials such as mulch, sand or gravel. The flexible surface increases the safety of the playground and may lead to fewer injuries in the play area.

These surfaces were designed and engineered to protect children from injuries due to falls from up to 6 feet off the ground. Our playground binder is a moisture curing one component polyurethane binder. It is a catalyzed fast reacting binder intended for use in conjunction with SBR crumb rubber or buffing in rubberized playgrounds.
